Rooted & Rising is a virtual group for women navigating motherhood, relationships, and personal identity while managing anxiety, self-criticism, or boundary challenges.
This circle provides ongoing support and community for women who feel stretched thin or disconnected from themselves.
Members practice grounding skills, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with their authentic voice.

Who This Group Is For
This group supports women ages 25–55 who are experiencing:
- Feeling lost in caregiving or family roles
- Chronic guilt or self-criticism
- Difficulty setting or maintaining boundaries
- Anxiety related to identity or relationships
- Desire to reclaim their voice and sense of self
It is perfect for women seeking both support and practical skills.
Skills, community, and connection
Your Group Experience
Members explore:
- Mindfulness and grounding practices
- DBT-based emotional regulation skills
- IFS-informed self-leadership work
- Reflection, journaling, and group dialogue
- Community with women facing similar experiences
This group cultivates resilience, identity, and emotional steadiness.
Each participant will be required to complete an individual assessment before joining the group and completing bimonthly individual check-ins with the facilitator to continue participation.

Group Details
- Format: Virtual Group
- Location: serving women across Connecticut
- Age: 25–55
- Approach: Trauma-Focused, DBT-informed, IFS-informed
- Start Date: Weekly meetings on Saturday mornings. Launches once 6 members join. Maximum 8-10 participants.
