Healing for Adult Children of Difficult Families
Breaking generational patterns together
Healing for Adult Children of Difficult Families in Connecticut
This virtual therapy group is designed for adults who grew up with difficult family dynamics, emotionally immature parents, or inconsistent caregiving. Many people carry these wounds into adulthood without realizing how deeply early experiences shape their relationships, boundaries, and self-worth.
This group offers a safe, supportive space to understand your story, build healthier relational patterns, and practice compassionate self-leadership.
