The power of shared healing
What Is Group Therapy?
Group Therapy brings together individuals with shared experiences to process emotions, learn practical tools, and receive support from both a licensed therapist and fellow group members.
Research shows that group therapy can be as effective as individual therapy for many concerns—especially when relationship patterns, identity, or emotional regulation are involved.
Each of our groups combines:
- Guided reflection
- Skills-based learning
- (DBT, IFS, mindfulness, trauma-informed approaches)
- (DBT, IFS, mindfulness, trauma-informed approaches)
- Community support
- Opportunities to practice new relational patterns in real time
All groups are held online for accessibility and privacy.
