What to Expect
Program Overview
Duration: 6 to 12 months
Session Frequency: Weekly or Bi-weekly
Location: Virtual sessions
Participants: Individuals or couples
Program Structure:
- 90-minute initial assessment and goal setting
- Weekly or Bi-weekly coaching sessions (75 minutes each)
- Monthly progress check-ins (30 minutes)
- Email support between sessions
- Follow-up session after program completion
